The Cadient Group management team exemplifies the missions and values of our companies. Our executives are driven to deliver strategic digital marketing solutions that propel growth for our clients’ brands and franchises. We have worked with the majority of the top 20 US pharmaceutical and biopharmaceutical companies, as well as numerous leading consumer healthcare organizations.

Our leadership blends diverse backgrounds in pharmaceutical and OTC marketing, advertising, relationship marketing, direct marketing/direct response, software development, Web design, and analytics. Gathering the best and brightest from pharmaceutical companies, technology companies, and healthcare-focused advertising and marketing agencies, Cadient Group is committed to building and developing teams that produce meaningful experiences and deliver measurable results for our clients.

Stephen Wray, President and CEO

Stephen Wray oversees worldwide business operations for Cadient Group, including strategic and financial direction, corporate and product development, and investor and industry relations. With over 25 years of experience in healthcare communications, his strategic expertise spans a wide range of therapeutic areas and customer segments within the pharmaceutical and biopharmaceutical sectors.

Prior to joining Cadient, Mr. Wray was North American Regional President and CEO, US, for Ogilvy Healthworld. His experience covers professional and consumer marketing, strategic brand development, professional and patient education, and relationship marketing on a global scale. He served as Vice President of Marketing Communications for Wyeth (now Pfizer) and has held roles in sales, sales training, corporate development, franchise and brand development, customer alliances, and corporate communications.

A native Californian with degrees in marketing and advertising from Fresno State University, Mr. Wray resides with his family in the Philadelphia region.

William Reese, Chief Innovations Officer

As the Chief Innovations Officer at Cadient Group, William Reese leads the innovation team to identify strategic opportunities within the healthcare space to drive deeper relationships with professionals, consumers, and payers. Mr. Reese brings more than 10 years of healthcare industry experience providing marketing strategy, program management, information architecture, and technical consulting for major pharmaceutical clients including Pfizer, AstraZeneca, and Johnson & Johnson. He has developed award-winning campaigns for numerous category-leading brands and he has extensive product launch and professional marketing knowledge.

Prior to joining Cadient Group in 2002, Mr. Reese developed interactive solutions for Lippincott Williams & Wilkins’ electronic medical publishing group. There, he managed both the project development and quality assurance of interactive CME programs, online journals, and hospital education intranets.

Mr. Reese holds a bachelor's degree in biology with a dual minor in economics and chemistry from the State University of New York at Cortland

Charles Walker, Chief Operations Officer

As Chief Operations Officer at Cadient Group, Charlie Walker is responsible for advancing the strategic and operational leadership of Cadient Group’s entire business network. Mr. Walker brings more than 15 years of experience in agency operations, client services, and technology product development and implementation to the firm. He is also responsible for overseeing the overall quality and delivery of Cadient Group’s solutions and services to clients.

Prior to joining Cadient Group, Mr. Walker was Chief Operating Officer of G2 Interactive, a digital marketing agency, and WPP company, where he oversaw agency operations, client services, and shared service teams across three office locations. His experience also includes technology and consumer medical device product development at companies such as Johnson & Johnson and GHR Systems, one of the nation’s leading providers of lending technology services in the financial services industry.

Mr. Walker earned a bachelor’s degree from the United States Military Academy at West Point and a master’s of business administration from Rutgers University.

Bryan Hill, Senior Vice President, Global Technologies

Bryan Hill draws on his expertise in IT consulting, database management and marketing, and software development lifecycle management to drive the strategic direction of Cadient Group’s technology solutions. His responsibilities include oversight of application and product development in both the United States and India.

Mr. Hill serves on the Board of Directors for Saband Software Technologies, a software product R&D subsidiary of Cadient Group. He has extensive experience in interactive marketing, technology, and software development. He has over 15 years of technology leadership experience delivering business-driving solutions.

Prior to joining Cadient Group Mr. Hill worked for ActiveStrategy, a software and consultancy firm for enterprise strategy execution. There he led the development of enterprise software in support of various strategy execution methodologies including Balanced Scorecard and Six Sigma. His background also includes over seven years of experience with Farm Journal Media/AG.Web.com, where he led the application development team and was responsible for the development and delivery of Internet and database solutions servicing the marketing needs of the agriculture-related business community.

Bob Holloway, Senior Vice President, Marketing Strategy

As the Senior Vice President of Marketing Strategy at Cadient Group, Bob Holloway oversees the continual evolution of precision-driven strategies, programs, and partnerships. With nearly 20 years of marketing and advertising experience in healthcare businesses, he has worked on a wide range of Rx and OTC drugs. Mr. Holloway has led interactive strategy development and implementation for brands in a number of therapeutic areas, including CNS, women’s health, GI, and oncology.

Prior to joning Cadient Group, Mr. Holloway was the Vice President/Account Group Supervisor of Sweeney & Partners (now the Bozell Healthcare Group), where he provided marketing strategy and account management for the agency's clientele. Mr. Holloway also worked for Vicks/Procter & Gamble as an associate marketing manager in brand management.

As a strong advocate in his community, Mr. Holloway is the treasurer of the Board for Exodus To Excellence, an educational program in West Philadelphia. He holds a degree in chemical engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology and an MBA from the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania.

Mark Bogas, Vice President, Finance

As Cadient Group’s Vice President of Finance, Mark Bogas is responsible for supporting the strategic direction of the company and tactically driving the strategic shifts in the business model. Mr. Bogas has over 20 years of cumulative financial management and accounting experience, beginning with 8 years in the banking industry, followed by 9 years in the accounting and finance recruiting industry.

Mr. Bogas has been instrumental in establishing Cadient Group’s financial infrastructure to support the company for rapid growth in all dimensions. He has been involved with managing the overall business plan, and with establishing and maintaining financial policies and procedures. He oversees accounting, budgets, financial reporting, treasury, tax, insurance, legal, and investor/Board relations.

Prior to joining Cadient Group, Mr. Bogas held several titles at Liberty Savings Bank, served as controller at Arbill Glove & Safety Products and the SolomanEdwardsGroup, and helped lead the initial public offering of Acsys Resources, Inc. Mr. Bogas received his bachelor of science degree in accounting from Temple University.

Barry Winn, Vice President, Business Development

Barry Winn has more than 15 years of experience in solving healthcare customer issues with innovative digital communications. Working across industry disciplines such as sales, account management, and operations, he brings a unique perspective to the business development process. Prior to joining Cadient Group in 2009, he led his own consulting company, which specialized in helping healthcare companies better leverage social and emerging media.

Mr. Winn’s team is responsible for building relationships with new customers through careful assessment of their needs—and facilitating the delivery of the right solutions and services to meet their needs. He works closely with the technology, consulting, and account teams at Cadient Group to ensure client satisfaction and continuous innovation.

During his career, Mr. Winn has worked with companies such as G2, TMX Healthcare, and The Hal Lewis Group—collaborating with many of the key stakeholders in large and specialty pharmaceutical companies.

Anne Bozzini, Vice President, Group Account Director

Anne Bozzini joined Cadient Group in 2009 armed with therapeutic category experience in diabetes, psychiatry, women’s healthcare, pain management, cardiology, epilepsy, and diagnostics. Having held positions on both the agency and client sides, Ms. Bozzini has been involved in all aspects of global branding, marketing strategy, market research, project management, and creative direction. A dedicated brand champion, she has partnered with clients such as Pfizer, Wyeth, AstraZeneca, Merck, Takeda, Eisai, and Roche Diagnostics on everything from premarket development and product launch to brand positioning, campaign development, and market expansion strategies.

After earning a bachelor of arts degree from the University of California at Berkeley, Ms. Bozzini worked as a marketing communications manager for Applied Biosystems where she focused on creating integrated marketing campaigns for the company’s automated DNA sequencing and protein analysis product platforms. Her work has been recognized with multiple campaign awards from the Silicon Valley Chapter of the American Marketing Association and an award of merit from the Society for Technical Communication.

James Griffith, Creative Director

With years of consumer and pharmaceutical advertising experience, James leads the Creative Department as a champion of creative ideas. Specializing in concept, ad campaigns, and brand personality development, James brings outstanding brand and pharmaceutical knowledge to his role as Creative Director at Cadient Group.

James developed his category and drug launch experience with work on products including Reyataz®, Synvisc®, Mirena®, Vasotec®, Zocor®, and Zemaira®, and with clients that have included Merck, Bristol-Myers Squibb, Wyeth Labs, Berlex, Roche, CSL Behring, GlaxoSmithKline, and Acclarent.

Before joining Cadient, James developed his creative expertise at several agencies, including Young & Rubicam, Bozell, Klemtner Advertising, Vicom/FCB, 30 West Advertising, The Hal Lewis Group, The Navicor Group, and Roska Healthcare.
